If you're wondering what it means to be a superwoman and why I use that term to describe my career and leadership coaching with women, read on...
The term is getting a lot play these days, that's for sure. There's even a TV show called Supergirl.
But wait! What does it actually mean to be a Superwoman? (I realize that it can be kind of a loaded term).
I certainly don't think it has anything to do with being able to do it all alone or to achieve the impossible with superhuman strength (and I'm definitely NOT asking that of you).
Rather, I use the term to INSPIRE YOU to GREATNESS.
I want you to stop playing it safe. Stop playing it small. And start showing up in your power AND your confidence. It's the only way you and the women behind you are going to get ahead. AND it requires you to radically commit to supporting other women AND asking for support.
If you are in my tribe of Superwomen, you are not permitted to cut down, undermine or threaten the success of other Superwomen. Only cheerleaders allowed.
For more about being a Superwoman, read my Superwoman Manifesto and I encourage you to stay tuned for details on a future gathering of The Superwoman Society. I'm bringing a new vision for the tribe and I want you to be a part of it.
Finally, what can you do today to support, empower and lead other women to greatness?
