During a challenging situation or season of life, it can sometimes be helpful to imagine your greatest champions and biggest cheerleaders standing behind you. I've used this visualization many times in my own life to overcome experiences that feel hard or overwhelming.
On my team I always imagine my parents, my best friends and Maya Angelou (who was a professor of mine in college). It doesn't matter whether you've even actually met everyone on your team, just that they would be the kind of person to cheer you on if they knew what you were going through.
