In today's sound-off I examine what it can mean if you're having panic attacks at work and what to do about it. As someone who's had several panic attacks over my work and at various jobs through the years, I know exactly how scary it can feel to have a panic attack. It's serious stuff and if you're panicking over your job, it's a clear sign from your body that something is out of alignment and begging for your attention.
