In this incredible episode Ashley Paquin gives amazing advice on how to overcome fear and feelings of unworthiness to become the woman you want to be.
Ashley is an international life coach and mindfulness teacher working with clients on every continent. She teaches clients how to have more freedom, joy and success from the deepest place possible.
We discuss her journey to becoming an international success, working with women around the world to help them achieve their dreams.
Ashley gave amazing actionable advice on how to work with your fear and self-doubt. We also talked about:
- Mindfulness and meditation practices that support your work (and what real meditation looks like)
- The power of committing to a daily practice of reflection and intention setting
- Why you might be afraid of succeeding as much as you are afraid of failing
We referred to this Marianne Williamson quote as part of our conversation:
“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, 'Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous?' Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It's not just in some of us; it's in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.”
Ashley also recommended Debbi Ford's The Right Questions as a resource for accessing powerful questions to support your meditation practice.
